I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (New York, NY) in Apr 2022
Interview
Applied online and they gave an online assessment. After completing a typical personality assessment, the questions became increasingly ridiculous and trivial. Silly picture puzzles, word puzzles, and math story problems. It felt like I was applying to be a kindergarten teacher playing games. Total waste of time

Question 1
Basic online assessment of would-you-rather type questions and then a bunch of nonsense puzzles and word games, then some story problems
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Extreme hurdles before you can even talk to anyone. You dedicate a long time with your recruiter for you to just get a generic “oh I’m sorry, we’re looking at other QUALIFIED candidates.” Then get ghosted by the recruiter. Thankfully I dodged a bullet here because I got a way better paying position.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview process was laid back and gave me a great overview of not only the company but also the position. It started with a phone call, and then a few video interviews, then my offer was given over the phone. I really got to know the people I'd be working with and I knew exactly what I would be doing at the job. Seems like a great company, and I was excited about my offer, it just wasn't the right timing.
