First we emailed to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview was easy, mostly the representative talking. Then I had to take many tests, consisting of ethics, math, personality, behavior, and aptitude tests. These were quite difficult. I then had to meet for a face-to-face interview, which was not that bad.
