I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Nov 2023
Interview
After applying I was contacted by their recruiting department with a link to a WonScore test which was mostly long word math problems and various patterns questions as well as a second personality test with basic agree or disagree questions. After passing those I had an interview with the recruiter with basic interview questions about hobbies, previous jobs, what programming languages I'm most comfortable with, etc. She went over the company and things like their culture and the hierarchy of their software development department. After that I had an interview with a department manager which is where I had the technical interview. He asked a lot of questions about my resume as well as some simple programming questions such as the difference between OOP and data oriented design, ect. After that he had me sign into a coding software to solve a simple coding problem. Once that interview was over they called me back and scheduled me for an interview with the department director. This interview was a mix of technical questions as well as normal interview questions such as what I liked the most/least about my current job, why I chose this career, my schooling, my roles on different projects, ect. All of this was over the course of about 3 weeks.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
