A very thorough interview - with lots of relevant competency based questions.
However they were very poor at providing feedback and left me waiting for over 2 weeks to know if I had got the job, despite telling me I would know within 4 days.
I had to chase via email, which was ignored and then chase again via a phone call in which I was finally told I had not got the job.
The irony of this being a mental health charity was not lost on me, even more so in that they use an IT software system to generate the emails anyway- no one is that busy to push a button.
Exceptionally poor form - especially when I (and no doubt other candidates worked hard on preparing a presentation for this interview.
