I applied online. I interviewed at Right at Home (Belmont) in Apr 2025
Interview
The address stated on the job website isn't the actual office address. The job description wasn't very accurate as it states that they are open to part time or full time but during the interview, they mention they are only looking for full time, and it was only mentioned during the interview that they do not have any in-house physiotherapist and occupational therapist thus there wouldn't be anyone to seek guidance from clinically. HR sounds unclear as to what was discussed and offered.

Question 1
What was my experience with caregiving in the past.
A series or related questions about my capabilities and past work experience. What my availability was and if I would be flexible. They explained it might be in a set house or that it could be multiple. Starting out it was more of filling in until they found permanent location then I had different clients on different days throughout the week.
