I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RightBrain Networks (Ann Arbor, MI) in Feb 2017
Interview
The hiring process was pretty organized. I applied online after chatting with a current employee. About a week or two I heard back and schedule to meet within the next 3 business day. The first interview was very cool as you are asked to tell your story and I noticed that the relationship built carry on to the second interview. I believe it took about a month to hear back from Right Brain, but was told that it had been a busy month. During the second interview which happened a few days after providing three professional references, the interview consisted of the technical side of things. The interview landed in such an awful day in my opinion I personally was overwhelmed by AWS S3 outage at the current job, and everyone there seem to had a long day as well due to the same AWS S3 outage, but I think the interview was pretty straight forward understanding why you want to work at Right Brain, and testing to see where your knowledge is. They really want to make sure that you are fit exactly for the position.

My interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied online and heard back within a couple hours of submitting my application. I set up a phone screening for the following week. I got an email 18 days later stating that they were moving forward with other candidates.
