RightHello Python Developer interview questions

I was invited to phone interview by mail. Then, this phone interview was postponed 4 times by their employee. Apart from that, information about postponed interview was not delivered to me, and I found out on interview hour, when trying to reach their Technical Lead. Fair enough. They're badly organized. Then, there was phone talk with 'Technical Lead', which was couple surprising as he got no idea what is what in programming. More like paper-reading questions. I described whole process we're using, including listing tools like Git, Jenkins just to be asked if I 'Use continuous integration, system version control' few minutes after. None of my answers recieved follow up question, it looked like HR trying to ask technical questions to dev, even tho they think python is a dangerous snake, not programming language.
