I applied through Job Fair. Interview process was quite smooth. All you need to have is good communication skill. Its not a technical role,so there wasnt any technical question. Also the basic Sales question. I got selected I have received email but its been 20 days more I have'nt received any offer letter. I been in contact with HR , hoping to receive soon. Email which we are sending will be acknowledged. They respond.

On both the rounds, they were mostly evaluating my communication and fluency, rather then focusing on the content that I say, as it requires the most, the questions asked by them were like "Sell me this pen", "Difference between pressure and stress in a workplace", "How do you approach someone who do not have awareness of our product", these are all the basic questions that were asked by them to almost every candidates.s
