Very interesting process overall let me start out by saying. The Recruiter contacted me by email to set up a phone interview. During the phone interview very general questions about what you know about the company and why you want to work there. Later that day I got an email set up for the on site/in person interview which had 4 interviews with different people from the department. Very relaxed and maybe not the most professional interview. This being that during 1 out of the 4 interviews I had the interviewer came in chewing his gum, proceeded to check his phone during my interview, and cut me off mid sentence. I was dumbfounded to say the least. I get that there are two sides to every story, but to be treated in such a way I would've much rather preferred him to end the interview right then and there if he was not interested instead of act like I was wasting his time. I will say that after this interviewer my next one was more professional and I felt that he actually wanted to know about my experience and background.
