Was contacted via email by recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was informative, prompt, and effective. Was asked some standard questions about work experience, etc. Recruiter went into detail about scheduling, training, and what to expect. From there, I was invited to have an in person interview. The second interview was great, started out with a tour of the center, followed by a sit down chat, where more standard questions were asked about experience, schedule, questions, etc. At the end, I got the opportunity to sit with a live tech and sit in on some calls. This lasted about 30 minutes, and that's where the interview concluded.
