They didn't show up for first interview, seemed unprepared for second despite both being already signed up for a week in advance, without sending any form of email or notification of cancellation

Asked about how well you can deal with 'putting out a bunch of fires', pointing to an overworked and mismanaged amount of work for each employee. (Probably not helped by the store itself not having anything on the shelves anymore)
