Received email from HR verifying interest. This would be to set up in person interview with resident service director. The resident service director would then interview you. You would get an email from HR sending the offer. Be sure to check spam folder as my HR offer letter went into that folder!

Straight forward, nothing out of the ordinary - mostly past experience and how to handle staff. Not too focused on education or past experience. THought it would be more in depth.
