After 1 month from the job application they sent an e-mail for an initial call, 15 minutes with the Founder. Call went great, than I was completely ghost, even though I did send a few emails trying to reach out about a position. And you know what? They open the same position again on weworkremotely. They are extremely disrespectful with you and will be again, they don't care about your time or application. This is a huge red flag before even starting. PS: The conversation was really really great, with him (Founder) saying it would be sending you an invite for the next steps "soon". Please, stop wasting people time!
