Our interview processes are designed to give candidates a deep understanding of the role and their business partners while also giving us great insight into whether or not a person may be fit for the role. As a healthtech company, we are still conducting all interviews over Google Hangout to keep all parties safe from exposure to COVID-19 and its variants.
Our interviewers are typically given their areas of focus as well as candidate's resumes/LinkedIn profiles at least 24 hours in advance, as we definitely believe that our candidates' time is valuable and want to make the most of it! We've adopted this practice in our remote working environment to ensure our candidates have great experiences, but it sounds like this did not come through in your experience, so we will be sure to learn from this.
