HR interview, following interview with the department leader. The interview with HR was very pleasant. On the second interview, depending on the position, you may have to be prepared to answer some technical questions related to the position that you are applying.

Tell me a little bit more about your previous job.
Comfortable & relaxed process with a 2 member panel. Questions were based on domain knowledge and previous test experience. Both theoretical and practical exposure were assessed with real job activities.

How comfortable are you to work in an agile environment without compromising on the quality with frequent releases?

Interview
There were 2 round: technical screening, technical managerial round.
In second round they asked HR questions(CTC discussion), I politely refused. Hence They rejected me.
They scheduled interview multiple time but panel didn’t came , last min cancellation.
