Very scripted in a big board room. Overall uncomfortable and it is easy to know what they want to hear and give that to them. Most of the interview I was just assuming they knew whether or not they were going to give me the job within the first 3 min but carried on
The interview was quick, it was an onsite interview. It had 3 stages of meetings, casual with the head, manager and senior consultant were technical. Focused on motivation and setting expectations regarding the role. It is a sales role more than a recruiter role.
