I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Walters (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2015
Interview
The phone interview was quite long and thorough, and interviewer was very nice. It wasn't too difficult, just the usual interview questions. As this was for a graduate role questions were about motivation, interest for this role, previous work experiences. I did not get the job but the process ok; they didn't leave me hanging for too long- about a week or so. However, I should add as a suggestion that feedback should be as thorough as the interview itself.
After submitting the CV, there will be a phone call around 10-15 min to introduce yourself and your experiences. Ex: how your experiences could be related to this position. And talked about some details about this position.
