Interview
(during covid crisis)
First contact after my application was via email, to organise a video call, they were flexible to work around my schedule.
First interview was casual and easygoing, but still serious in regards to the job and my cv. Extraordinarily transparent and friendly about their plans and working practices, both the positives, and the negatives that they wish to improve.
Was invited to a second interview on site with a more senior member of staff. Again, very honest with both positives and negatives, which I personally prefer than just trying to boast about certain company practices and then being surpised upon starting a role.
Whilst toured around the facility, staff were friendly and I got a real good community feel from the place.
The only reason why I did not accept employment was due to acceptance of another offer for a more senior role and a shorter commute time. Incredibly positive experience and I wish them all the best.
