Good. It was an easy process. They followed up with you via text and email to make sure that you're being accommodated properly. The training also starts right away after the system check which is good.
3 interviews - first over the phone, then the rest on video. Just the basics: talk about what's on your resume, highlight skills that might come in handy as a VA. No experience required.

I received an interview call 30 days from the time I sent my resume. After the phone interview, I passed the screening and had my system check the following day then immediately endorsed to training.
