Communication is quick and simple, nessecary forms are quick and easy to do. The interview surrounds skills, motivation and an insight to the company. Also includes a maths, english and colour blindness test. If successful, there is a practical assessment that assesses your ability to follow drawings amd your attitude to learning and safety etc.
