The interview process was a 2 step process. The HR manager called, I answered a few questions, qualified for the interview and set up the time and date. I attended the interview with Mr. Andrews. He was a very respectable young man. And a pleasure to work for! I attended a 2nd round interview to see exactly what I would be doing. I started the following day!!!

Interview
Found the job online, was looking for something to grow and learn more right out of collage. Recruiter conducted 15 min phone interview. 1 week later I got a call back and opportunity to meet with Hiring manager that same day. Two more interviews before I was offered the Job.
