3 steps. first of all you have to go through written exam, if you get selected on that they will call you for a technical interview and then the final one is hr interview.

1st Step: Some MCQ questions and some brief question
2nd Step: Technical Interview with senior developer
3rd Step: HR Interview to judge your personality and also negotiate salary
4th Step(May or may not happen): CEO Interview
written and some project and viva. they take 1.5 hour written test about core programming knowledge and personality. they also test about some techology like android app development basic knowledge. only selected member call for viva.
