Everything was super smooth and friendly. They asked me about my previous experience, and then showed me what they were working at. They even shared the internal videos and shared screen when in engine. It was very appreciated!
There were two rounds of interviews (one more introductory + another more in detail) and a final call to agree on the conditions.
Definitely, one of the nicest and most friendly teams out there!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Romero Games (Galway)
Interview
Was invited after applying over their website. Had a total of 3 interviews stretched out over roughly a month. The interviews themselves were pleasant and the team seems very nice. Salary negotiations were unsuccessful however and they withdrew their offer.
