Interview with 3 partners. Questions on my cv and education. Some questions on my experience. The managing partner interrupted the interview regarding my experience in team work. Frustrating and disappointing approach.

Applied through a recruiter and was invited to an interview shortly after. The interview was with three partners and lasted around 45 minutes. They firstly explained about the company and their progression and then I was asked questions relating to my CV and my technical skills.
