Interview
3 stage interview process -
First interview was over the phone/zoom with one person. 15 minutes long. Mentioned a few things: 3 interview process, checking logistics about commute times, notice period, happy with working hours, and salary expectation. Asked some questions about how my experience aligns with their job spec and software capabilities.
Second interview was at their studio in London, with potential line manager. 30-40 mins long. Got a tour of their studio space and talked through responsibilities and previous work.
Didn't get to the third interview, however each person along the way was super polite, professional and the studio is beautiful.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rose Uniacke
Interview
Personable and professional - took the time to get to know me and ask what I want - instead of telling me what they want. Came away feeling refreshed and positive about the company culture.
