RosenSoft BD Manager interview questions

It's 1:1 interview and it's very basic interview. Like asking hobbies and education Family details expectations. They offered me 12000 per month salary for business development manager profile. after interview they took almost 30 days t get back to me and no basic facilities available in office not even a proper toilet.
