I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Boulder, CO)
Interview
Fill out an application in store, wait to be contacted. Then, fill out questionnaire online. I went in for my interview in slacks, a button up dress shirt and a ride, was offered the job on the spot. Some of the questions I was asked were very strange to me, definitly take a second to think about what is being asked before you start answering.

Question 1
How did a previous skill help you with solving a problem?
The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations
Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.
I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
