I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Lihue, HI) in Sept 2017
Interview
Group interview with two other candidates. Each of us were asked one question and that was it. We then heard more about the scheduling process and were shown the stockroom where we were told we would be working. Told of the strict color scheme of the required dress code and that outermost layer of clothing must be royal blue. No uniforms provided and even though we are working overnight and stocking we weren't allowed to wear jeans.
Meet with the interview manager onsite. Watch few videos, filled out paperwork. Once complete met with the hiring manager and it was a casual conversation. After the interview was offered the position immediately.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Stockbridge, GA) in Feb 2023
Interview
Interview was very unprofessional. Someone kept interrupting the interview just to say hello to the manager. The managers attention was on other task during interview. I was hired on spot and was told to call back to schedule orientation. I kept calling for 2 weeks and they kept saying someone would call me back. Eventually I was able to get an orientation date weeks later.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores
Interview
Interview went smooth the manager answered all my questions without me even asking them. Background took about a week to go through. The manager was professional and down to earth at the same time. Explained everything to detail.
