I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rotate° (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Have been approached by the inner company recruiter/hr. It was in December and I was pretty busy and couldn’t have a meeting. In January we finally had first call, it was lovely and friendly. Talked about my experience and the company.
The next step was talking about my experience in details.
The last step was a pair programming.
It didn’t went well but I tried to communicate all the way through the call and was close to the solution.
Then I followed up a week later to ask about the update, received only 3 days later stating that she needed to catch up with the interviewer. Okay, no problem.
Then I followed up again because it was a long wait. And got reply again only after 3-4 days saying that they won’t proceed further and they choose another candidate.
If I the timing was better throughout the process, I wouldn’t have a problem. But the waiting part was awful and I was communicating better then they were.

Question 1
Some logical question including working with Node.js on back and react(class component) on front end. On the front end create input for the work and on the back end calculate points ( different arrays of letters assigned to different numbers).
