The experience was not particularly positive. During the interview, I was called by a different name throughout the entire call. The interviewers appeared disengaged, and I was interrupted multiple times while trying to complete my answers. The interview was brief and the questions did not meaningfully explore my skills and experience.
I never received any feedback on the outcome of the selection process, which reinforced the impression of a lack of consideration towards candidates.

Interview
Initially the process seemed very smooth, and quick, although a bit informal. Had a video call with someone on the leadership team, which went well. Was quickly followed by a request to meet a second person, whom I met in person. They seemed to be looking more for ‘vibes’ and personality fit rather than any impressive background, which I think is fair at this level. Took them about 10 days to come back with a rejection email, but their final candidate didn’t come through so they reposted the job shortly.
Sent cv and heard back soon from hr, then did four other interviews before receiving an offer. During the interviews, I got questions about motivation, background and technical questions, no written task required
