If you want to see the height of stupidity/dumbness, then visit here for an interview. I had applied for a Frontend Developer position through Indeed. I got a response from the HR and the Time and Date was fixed. After traveling from Vashi to D N Nagar which is around 2 hours I reach there and wait for the interview to begin. After some time I am called inside for the interview to begin, and the interviewer starts asking me questions on Backend. I told them I have applied for Frontend and not Backend to which he says that the opening is for Backend as of now. There will be opening for Frontend, not now but eventually. After I told them that the JD was for Frontend, they had no response. To top it all, the interviewer had the audacity to ask me whether I happen to know any good Backend developers whom I can recommend for their company. Their unprofessionalism knew no bounds. They did not even apologize for their mistake. I wasted so much of time, energy and money to reach there and that's what they had to say. The guy who took my interview (I forgot his name) happened to be average-sized, kinda fair, bearded, wearing glasses. The HR Managers name was Sarita Kadechkar I guess. Totally disappointed.
