The interview was two hours long in total. The first hour was a test on data reading, where you would be given a set of survey datas and are tasked to suggest solutions based on the data trends. The second hour was with the hiring manager and HR recruiter, where you present your analysis and answer some questions on your personality and past working experiences. One week after the interview, I was given the generic "we still have other candidates to interview", which rubs me the wrong way. I think most candidates would rather much have a firm rejection email than having to hang onto false prospects for two weeks.
