Interview
Long presentation of company, then written english test, quite easy. They want you to write short PA or raport. If you pass, there's even more presentations. Finally after 5 hours or more they let you speak with them. It takes less than 10 minutes.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
