      I applied online. I interviewed at S&P Global (Houston, TX) in Mar 2025

      Interview

      Multi stage interview process including 2 rounds with a recruiter, 2 rounds with peers and the final round. The interview is structured and competence based. There is some feedback between stages, but there was no sufficient feedback at the drop out stage other than the usual generic response of other candidates had better fit. The job was a perfect fit and so I felt at the end that the organization and leadership is not fully honest and transparent after all
