      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at S&P Global (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2026

      Interview

I went through a TestGorilla Assessment (Rational Cognitive Index, Excel Skills, Personality/Behavioural Questions, and Tailored Questions to S&P) that took me 45 min to an hour and an HR Screening.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about yourself. Why rating analytics? Why S&P Global? What is a credit rating? Tell me about a time you had a project or assignment and the outcome was unexpected/it didn't go well. What did you do?

      Application

I interviewed at S&P Global (Denver, CO)

      Interview

3 month process with a screening interview, followed by another interview, and lastly in person interview. They flew me out last second just for them to have me interview with someone on zoom. Never comped my ground transportation. Very slow response or none at all from the recruiters.

      Question 1

What are credit ratings? Tons of behaviorals.
