I applied for an HR position. There were 2 interviews and a final call with CEO. In the first round, I was informed about the goals of the company and the responsibilities of the role. The second one was deep dive call about specific skills and some situation based questions and final call with CEO was really motivating and I was inspired to accept the offer.
