Recruiter called from my monster profile. Three rounds of interview. First was over phone, second was with my manager (very basic HR questions) third was with a platinum consultant. He was very nice and didn't ask any difficult questions.

The first step is one or more phone screening type discussions to access and confirm candidate fit to the specific job opportunity. Once successful, then these are followed by multiple sessions which vary from one-to-one phone interviews (multiple) to one or more in person interview sessions which include management, peers and HR.
