SBM Group interview questions

Operation manager (interviewer) was very late to the interview. Asked inappropriate questions which made candidate uncomfortable. Does not ask any skill or experience related questions either. Whole interview was mostly the interviewer talking about details on the job and barely has any interest in asking about candidates’s capabilities.
