it was quite standard interview process. the hr phone screening and then hiring manager interview. They talked about the position responsibilities, compensation, and career advancement. Be sure to prepare some behavioral questions.

I Went through 5 rounds with individual and panel hiring manager and senior director, VPs, MD and technical managers. They kept adding more interviews in the last minute but in the end was not offered job. Interview process was mostly OK and smooth and courteous. Recruiter never got back to me directly about the hiring decision, status updated in my SCAN jobs portal

I first had a screener with a recruiter. Then, I had a behavioral interview with the hiring manager, then I had three behavioral interviews with other c suite members, and finally, I had a 15 minute discussion with the CEO to achieve the ultimate sign off.
