I had to take a written test first and was then asked to attend an interview through Zoom with the Senior Programme Officer and Managing Director. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. Once I received the offer, I was contacted by the Senior Programme Officer the next day. They offered me the position and gave me feedback on the interview during another Zoom meeting.
