The interview process consisted of two stages. Initially, I participated in an online interview, followed by an in-person meeting. The second interview focused primarily on assessing cultural fit, and I found it to be a more conversational experience. The interviewer took the lead, which allowed me to gain valuable insights into the company's values.
Two rounds of interviews, first with with the hiring manager and assistant/deputy director. Then followed by the director & hiring manager in the second round of interview, before i was contacted by HR with an offer.

Process is smooth but HR may not be very responsive. It will take time for HR to get back to you. Overall a very respectful environment, good for explore opportunities if want to venture into the social service/community sector
