E-mailed for my interest in the job, phone interview a few days later, interview in person at SGS in Mississauga with two interviewers. They asked my various questions (see below), thank me for coming in and a week later I was told whether I got the job or not.

How did you cross communication barriers with multi-cultured people where English was not a first language?
Say you get this job and you are responsible for storing expensive plasmid in a special freezer, but you forget to do this and now the plasmid is ruined. What do you do?
