Interview
There were three sections: a tour, a panel interview and a values interview. You had time to prepare your answers to this and were told the values in advance. The team was very welcoming and friendly, and responded well to the questions I asked.

What do professional boundaries look like to you and how do they fit this role? What would be the consequence of not following these?
The interview process involved the post's line manager as well as the CEO. This was followed by a Values interview with two existing members of staff to ensure that my values aligned with the organisation's.

Two interviews, one in person and one online. The interviewees were very nice and provided constructive feedback over the phone when I was told I didn't get the job.
