SIMEC System interview questions

It was an offline interview. Went to their office. Waited for 40-45 mins for the interview to happen. The Interviewer didn't ask about any technical questions. Tried to know about, in what project I was involved, what type of work I did there, what's the workflow etc. Asked to give introduction. Probably to know about English talking skills. Then HR gave some idea about some HR policy. Interview time was short, less time to think. Should have prepared answers and questions to HR about policy but I was unprepared.
