Interview
Absolute waste of time and a shambles of a company, don’t even bother with this place. Went to the interview and had my DBS check done, all came through fine, to miraculously the account being deleted. Contacted back to ask what’s gone on, and they claim they got me confused with a previous onboarder. Didn’t even care to verify this. After weeks of trying to get it resolved after contacting every email/phone number posted. Nothing. It was only until I threatened to write a bad review someone actually contacted me again! I fill the forms out for a 2nd time and ask if I need to do the DBS check as it’s already been done. No reply again, to later being kicked off due to ‘non compliance’ as I’d never attended the classroom training and didn’t do the DBS check, although I send them the DBS code multiple times. No one contacted me to tell me when the date for the training was. Once again I contact them to ask what’s going on, no reply. A couple of days later I email saying I’ll be writing a negative review for no communication and wasting time; within 5 minutes they get back to me saying how it best be non defamatory. So, what does this show? Did they not read the messages previous me asking what’s going on? Only interested when everyone will see how they operate? After speaking to the manager, he turns it all round on me and makes out it’s my fault, completely arrogant. Don’t waste your time.
