Phone call interview screening was conversational, basic questions with strengths & weaknesses, and why you want to work there and recruiter lady sounded nice. Questions about what softwares you’ve used.
2nd interview with the hiring manager. It was suppose to be with 3-4 people, but ended up being 2. Hiring manager was in person seemed to be nice. One person attended virtually who wasn’t able to be shown and who immediately made me felt like he was seeking for flaws. more software questions, behavioral questions about what you would do, your work style and how you function.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SPS Health in Oct 2022
Interview
Pretty standard, and had three rounds. -The initial phone call -Meeting some team members over MS Teams. (For me it was with three people) -Final round in person on site (for me it was with four people) Process in total took about 2-3 months. They never got back to me if I got the position or not so I was left in limbo
