Five rounds total, all relatively straightforward. One notable quirk: the interview order felt backwards compared to most tech companies. C-suite came first, with the actual decision makers saved for the end. Flipping that sequence would have made the process feel less like a time commitment upfront.
Questions were standard across the board, aside from one "design task" that turned out to be less about design leadership and more about surfacing frustrations with the current org structure. A bit of an odd inclusion. Overall a decent experience though. Everyone came across as sharp, capable, and genuinely friendly.
