questions mainly on my previous work experiences, as well as probable scenarios & problem-solving
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SRT Marine Systems (Cardiff, Wales) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a very involved recruitment process with their (at the time) HR Consultant. It started with a Teams meeting, followed by an in-person meeting at their Cardiff offices. Finally, I was invited to their Head Office (which was quite difficult to get to).
Everyone was very professional but warm. It seemed like a great company to work with, but the frequency of travel required to their head office was off-putting.

Question 1
Provide an example of a time where you worked with difficult people
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SRT Marine Systems (Cardiff, Wales) in Sept 2022
Interview
First interview of 30 minutes, it was a friendly chat with the Lead Developer and it has been pleasant. Second interview with Senior Staff was more technical: they were typical academic questions, some of them instead were more specific (and they have more sense to be asked). During the interview I had a general feeling of rigidity and embarassment, not the best in my opinion.
