Interview
first a phone interview then another phone interview with a management member. Was very straight forward and not intimidating at all. All people doing interviews were very pleasant.
Varies based on who is interviewing , it may be with one and it may be with several managers. A lot depends on what the team is and how many internal candidates have gone for it
