After submitting my application online, I received a call from HR Recruiter. I answered her inquisitive questions and soon an interview was set up for later in the week. I was so excited to receive a phone call and gladly accepted. Upon arriving early for my interview, I was taken to the conference room for interview with Director and Manager of Food Services Department. I appreciated how the HR Recruiter led the interview by giving a brief synopsis of our phone conversation. I might add that she has a great recall and attention to detail in recapping. I appreciated how the conversation flowed and the ease of answering their questions regarding work experience and coworker relational scenarios.
